99 M3 strut mounts on 1996 328ci?

i have a question for you guys
i did m3 conversion on my 328 vert last month and i put front suspension out of a 95 M3 except the struts, they came from 1999 m3 convertible and the strut mounts look different then the ones i have on the 328
can i use the one out of the 99 M3 on my 328 or i need to buy me new ones for 95 M3?
thanks

1995 M3 Arms and sway bar
1999 M3 struts,springs,strut mounts
1996 328ci spindels,brakes,K-member
all this is going on a 1996 328ci
can i make it work?

You can use them. I am running M3 mounts from a 98 on my 328is. They have more negative camber than stock 328 mounts and if you reverse them you get even more which is nice for the track. I believe the 95 M3 strut mounts provide less negative camber than the 97-99 ones. Hope that helps you.

Well everyone always says that you should get an alignment after any suspension work but you could probably get away without doing it. Just look and see how bad your toe angle is after its done, if it tends to pull to one side or if your front tires are squealing while corner somewhat hard. Those are all tell tale signs that you need an alignment haha. I've dealt with them all in the past week after messing around with my suspension, I got an alignment yesterday and all is well.
