need a good detailer in baltimore/dc area (oxidized paint)
i have a 1990 325is in brilliantrot, that had a front fender replaced. it was painted with two stage paint, and blended onto the door.
when the car is waxed, it all looks pretty good, but as soon as i wash the car, the fender, drivers door, and part of the hood are the only areas that are still shiny. obviously it needs to be clayed, buffed, sealed, waxed, etc.. but, i dont have the time, or the space to take on such a job. i would also like the engine compartment to be addressed as well. the job that was performed in this thread : http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...ht=faded+paint is pretty much exactly what i'm after, and will pay good money to have done. i can also barter professional tattooing services. my portfolio can be viewed online at http://www.readstreettattoo.com i would also like to remove the dealer installed pinstripe (stick on) any recommendations would be appreciated! thanks in advance, seth |

I would contact "tdekany" on Autopia, he seems to do great work. I think he is in the Northern VA/DC area and may be able to help. He has done this type of work before:
