You would not have to wait for a test buy...but if you did probably less than a week. 4-5 days delivery and a day or so for review and pics.

I'll buy after the Buy it Now is set up. Let's do it this way... whoever is comfortable with buying it right away, then buy it. I'm sure not only me and Jesse will be doing that And this is a good thing, it means we have more 'testers', but just remember you do this at your own risk, and don't blame the organisers of this GB if you're not satisfied because they're doing you a favour.

Looking forward to the pictures of the convex mirrors, and I'm assuming you'll set the auctions up after that, Chris - hey thanks for the lower shipping rate to NZ, that's $10 USD extra that I have for a meal

Oh and regarding the end of this GB. Not sure if there'll be an end time? If he has unlimited stock (so to speak) we can keep it going... otherwise, we'll have to terminate it soon, I mean, we do have lots of buyers already. This thread is getting too big!
I believe the longest we can have a thread open (officially) is 1 month. Chris can keep his auction open however long he wants however....

Okay... on eBay? He hasn't set the auction up yet, as of right anyways. He's sleeping - he's in Taiwan

Is the seller an actual member yet? If so, what's his SN?
His username is 'bimmer325ia', same as his eBay vendor name. We call him Chris though....

Asking for free shipping is starting to really squeeze him. Maybe he can reduce the total cost by another few dollars, but we're gonna start cutting into his margins. If theyre as good as we hope they are, the price now is already nearly too good.

Lets see what the first set of mirrors live up to..

What do you think, Chris? If we can get 50 customers for you, you can do free shipping?

    Thanks

you should atleast discount it a bit. $35 seems rather high thats like almost 50% of the products price. Just on the product you are making ~$5000 over night PLEASE reconsider. Also shouldnt shipping be cheaper to westcoast?

Lastly, how much is shipping on 2 sets of mirrors to same address?

    thanks!

ok, do the math ladies and gents...

    $85 * 50 = $4250

    $35 * 50 = $1750

Now out of the $4250, it's obviously not all profit because these mirrors don't fall from the sky, let's assume that %65 of the price is actual cost of making...

    $85 - %65 ($55.25) = $29.75 of profit per mirror set...

$29.75 * 50 = $1487.50 and he has to deal with all this from us. I honestly think he is giving us a killed deal!

$85 + $35 (shipping) isn't asking too much, I had to pay $42 to get my wide kidney's shipped from taiwan in the past. IF the packaging is well done $35 isn't asking too much for international 4 days shipping!

When I order exotic liquors from overseas, the cost of shipping is often AS MUCH as or sometimes MORE than the product. I usually get a good deal by getting my friends in on it to bring down the avg. cost. Shipping is very often expensive when importing items from another country.

As long as we can get them for $85 + whatever shipping cost is, I am willing to be a guinea pig on this...
