I have 2 perfect condition 20 hole fikse/kinesis/hre 17x1.5inch lips for sale. these are only 20 hole lips but can be made 40 hole (i can possibly do that for you, we would have to negotiate price and everything for that though)

if your wheel is a 17inch wheel and 20 hole yes! 40 hole you would have to take them to a wheel shop and have them drill you some more holes.
