All I have to say is "Hot damn!"
Do want.
Before we can start throwing figures out there, to be as accurate as possible, is there anything wrong with it/anything needing to be replaced/any maintenance items that need to be addressed?
What you've listed above are all the 'Pros'...and I'm just curious to know if there's any 'Cons' as well. Not a knock on the car at all, again just trying to be accurate.
Present: '01 e46 m3, '07 e70 X5 3.0si
Past: '95 e34 - m52 swapped, e38 740i
Although black/black tourings are out there, nice ones are hard to find.
Mines a '95 Rust free, auto but with less miles and lots of maintaince. I listed it for just north of $6k and received lots of interest. I sold my other car and deceided to keep the wagon. It would take about $6k for mine to go into someone elses driveway.
Pics would help with coming up with a value. Rust would be a killer. A black/black 5 speed tourig is pretty desirable for the right folks.

thanks,
Cons... A/C needs a recharge. It is not getting as cold as it should be. I think that is it. Oh, And it has the stock RDS stereo in it as well and works great. Also, the driver's side rear seat does not latch into place but I have not looked into it yet. I'm sure it is something simple.
EDIT: No rust what so ever.

If you can take it apart you can make it faster!
I think you can get $5k+ for it, manual tourings don't pop up that often, especially black on black.
But if you're serious, clean it up, take some photos, and advertise it right. You'll get way more doing that than just asking around, where we can sit here and piss all over your ad, convince you to sell it cheap, then snipe it.
No current BMWs.
1994 Roadmaster Wagon
1974 Alfa Romeo Berlina
So is black the color to do five speed swaps.. Seems they are mostly black..
Mine is mostly black... with some fadded sections

Clean and burnish the tailpipes...
What problems does it have?
i need better pictures.
cant see anything in teh shade. show me how straight and glossy it is.
show me every door panel, the sunroof, headliner, the seats. the hatch, underhood...
that's what my seller did.
whatever it does wind up being worth, I absolutely wish I had the funds to buy it, toss some tstars or type 1 on it, ecodes, and swap the wood console for an m5 piece.
jsut like this one
the bad part is that it has been converted to a 95, and to an m50TU... which menas adding the eniter vanos harness etc... kinda kills the soul of the car and the originality.
I'll tell you I sold mine for $4500
it needed a new left front strut retaining ring from billie, mid pipe exhaust bracket, headliner redone, replacement fog lenses and highbeam, and the wood cleared after I stained it.
it did have a FUNCTIONAL aftermarket alarm and all the electrical gremlins chased away.
tilt ecodes, rear fogs, front fogs with highs on an lkm-B US, amped factory speakers, decatted, Kmac RTABS, and I dunno what else.

its also based on where you are located. and how scarce the car is. a beat to hell touring(i.e. mine) can go for 1800 here in NY. while sedans are still in the 1500-2000 range.
95 540i beat around thingamajig
02 pathfinder lifted
Is this thing still on the market?
Yes sir

Wow, someone should buy this. BOB tourings are the sickest color combo out there. Plus it's hard to find a nice one let alone with a 5spd conversion. Maybe Sam Son will buy it. I know he has been getting the touring itch lately. Oh and one more thing, AE's wagon was awesome.
I doubt anyone is going to buy it without seeing some good pics....
I had my 92 525 touring for 10 yrs. I did a 5 speed swap 2 yrs before I sold it.
Had it for sale for a couple of months. I thought it was a great car and I had lots of interest but no $.
I finally sold it for $3000.
I only sold it because I found a low mileage E39 528 5 speed sedan.
Lots of us love wagons but they are just old theses days. People won't pay E39 5 speed touring money for an E34.
Beautiful car, just needs a touch of love. Looks like a decent deal to me, to the right person.
I'd looove a Silver touring with black interior.. Preferably a 6 cylinder car.
