It seems that Mert Dastan has broken the E46 60-130 vbox time

at least according to a few other forums

I don't know who verifies or denies this stuff
but he has rocked the E46 world .

    Unless someone says otherwise....

    3% elevation change.

This graph is with a 1.7% downhill, 1 shift in 51 degree weather.

Very nice time, it has definitely been verified. Im very impressed with Mert right now.

Hopefully i can take a stab at it here when the temps get a little cooler and I can find a good low elevation area.

They have times recorded off of their aem, but not off a vbox, so technically it doesn't count...

the last time I let Mike borrow it when he was running well it wasn't finding satelites for some reason.

I will try to get it in his car whenever it is up and ready and in track mode again.

They were in the 4's IIRC, but not from a vBox, so it doesn't count. Hopefully next time they get out they'll be vBox'd.

Is this the same 700 whp M3 that barely beat the stock lambo?

Not sure but others have comfirmed it, so lets see what happens. Not much more to do.

Do those people know about his history of deceit? For all we know, it's someone else's car/capture completely.

The car is legit so is the time. He's supposed to give us a video of it. The only thing I'm skeptic about is nitrous. He has it hooked up but says he didn't use it.

Just read the thread... he says that he's swapping out twin GT28's through GT40's on the same manifolds? T25 or T3 vs T4 makes this sound fishy already. I want vids that actually show this before I'm going to believe any of it.

That guy has lied and cheated this and several other forums many times over the past decade..

Add to these some Bullseye chargers.
I test a set, and then switch to the other set.....

I would think with all the turbos he has, he also has several manifolds, unless they make a UNIVERSAL manifold in Turkey..lol

Which is why his reputation follows him. Impressive time nonetheless.

I post on s14.net and apparently mert's tuner does too. Tuner is a reputable guy.

Apex has done some of the most powerful S54's in the world including twin-turbo setups making over 1200hp at the wheels!
Its a Turkish customer who's really cagy about his stuff. No, he won't let me post dyno charts so people just have to take me on my word! Trust me though, I've flown there, tuned it and suffered through many of his blown engines. But when he does get it to stay together, at 40psi of boost it really does make the power.
    1. Our Turkish customer insists on remaining anonymous. I spent a week there tuning and working on his dyno; the car has a Cosworth/Pectel SQ-6 ECU and that's all I can say. I more than anyone wish I could use that in our promotional efforts but that's how it goes.
