Every car has to make actual, multiplied torque at the wheels more than the resistance of its moving parts, otherwise it will never move. The S2000, even with its "pathetic" 130-140 WTQ makes approximately about 1900ft-lbs true torque at the wheels, after torque multiplication occurs through its very aggressive gearing. With all that being said, how much WHP does an E36 need to crack low 13's? Are we talking about with or without slicks for the RSX? I already showed how two simple mods can take an RSX to 208 WHP.
