Rox, which run group is in the video?

And how did you place the microphone to get the sound like that?

Nevermind, you answered all questions on Vimeo once I clicked on the HD version of the video. Blue, 3rd session, microphone by the intake.

That was my Dad in the white M3 holding you up. He's the one that could barely walk in the blue group (Serious Back issues). Anyhow he's 66 and he was on street tires. Still no excuse for no point by. If it makes you feel any better, he held me up for nearly two laps at Watkins Glen until his instructor asked "are you going to give your son a point-by?"

BTW your comments are very funny...nice job.

BTW, "blue" for us (NJBMW) was intermediate at that school (Monday). The colors and run groups do not align with Audi club.

I met your dad, and he looked like he was having a great time. Hope he got home OK with the radiator punctures.

I wish, but I'm out of town on business. The good thing is that this business includes a lot of drinking.

Here's my video. I didn't add comments or sound effects, just raw video of 20 minutes of the 4th session of the green group (Advanced) on Monday. But hey, I passed a GT3. My best lap according to the video was a 1:22.4. Everything is stock except for Hawk 60 pads and Toyo R888 tires.

I use a cruise cam http://www.cruisecam.com/products.html with a not top of the line Hitachi DVD based camcorder. I also use a power inverter hooked to the battery powering the plug in/charger so I don't have to swap out batteries all day. It works well.

Once I figured out how to use the (weeeeird) Quattroworld forum, I found that BlueDog posted a few days ago that he is still sorting pictures from the event.

CruiseCam attached to driver's seat with the headrest raised up all the way. Canon FS200 (blue, of course) with an external stereo mic in the engine compartment next to the intake.

That external mic in the intake area gave a spectacular sound. It almost sounded computer generated.

Why is the forum so confusing to me. I posted in the call out thread, but don't see my pictures in the thread that you linked. Am I doing something wrong, or just half retarded this morning?

I think he gives you a single photo, then you decide if you want to buy the rest?

I think he just hasn't gotten to mine yet, that is all.

Looking at some other pics on there, he posted 5 or 6 of each person's car. However it has a logo in the middle of the pic so you can't really use the pic. He didn't post any of my car so I don't know if I have to register with him or what.
