Wiper fluid can contain 40%. This thread was started to discuss flammable levels (ie. 50% to 70%) of meth/alky used in meth injection applications.

As a point of reference from the NASA time trial rules:

Now I understand why people bring methanol injection to an HPDE. It's free! Not a single point assessed.

That should be fixed immediately. It sullies the integrity of the HPDE championship system.
