MIR 10-30-09 pics galore......new quickest BMW in the US!
Took forever to get these pics even downloaded and resized. I have done 0 editing to them as I simply dont have the time.
Was a FANTASTIC event last Friday. Got to see several new records and some very serious cars hitting the 6's and 7's without breaking a sweat. Donovan in his black e30 smashed the US record for a BMW by a half a second...which is huge. That was an epic run with a 1.41 short time!!!! His car launching like a scaulded cat  his epic timeslip....check the nails, he's earned this time   Select others Beautiful classic 'stang w/ twin turbo's in the trunk!   9 second Magnum! Broke his blower belt several times this day  Twin turbo Viper running in the 7's......so composed and wickedly fast  battle of the AW e92's....M3 close lane 335 far lane   Clay's new sl600....5th fastest recorded on his 1st run! 11.55 at 120mph on all seasons!   funniest looking car there  all motor 540 ci Hemi putting down constant 9.05's at 149mph....I think he ran that time 3 times in a row....very impressive and dialed in  Brand new sl65 snapped his driveshaft on his 1st run......1000lbft will do that for you!  Jamie's new GTR, he didnt bring his new ZR1   A wicked Firebird   2 mustang's owned by the same guy, he's the one in blue. I believe Don his a 12.5 in his M3 his 1st run of the day, its all about the launch. the AW 335 bested at 12.7 yeah guys, the cars at this event were off the hook, several wheel standers and more sub 10 cars than we've had at any rental. the 6 and 7s cars were AMAZING to watch. my ears are still ringing from those beasts. 5" exhaust dumping right out the headers or the turbo's....amazing.
