h&r sport springs + Bilstein Touring

is it ok to use h&r sport springs with the Bilstein Touring struts? or will they blow out.

Ive had my Bav Auto springs with Billy Tourings for the past 7k miles or so and they are holding up well . I had the same concern when i ordered mine. The Bav Auto springs actually sit lower than the H&R's too. Idk how the H&R's would handle w them, its worth a try.

Oh and timewise, ive had these for about 6 months. still running strong .

I had the tourings on my car before I upgraded to the sports (along with H&R sport springs) and they were fine... A little undampered, but they were fine.

ok thanks alot guys i just can justify spending $700 for sports + $250 for springs = about a grand with tax. at that point why not just buy coilovers

Are you using the OEM e36 sport springs made by H&R?
