You'll need an "i" engine, wiring harness and ecu............

In the U.S. the 325es and 325is received a special air dam. I don't think that those were available outside the U.S. market.

The 1986 325es received a "four slot" air dam. The 1987 325es and 325is received a "six slot" air dam, with two additional lower center slots to channel cooling air to the oil cooler. I don't believe that there was a 1988 or later "es", so there isn't an opportunity to convert to a newer body style "is".

Once you swap the engine, you'll want to swap the differential. You'll want to get rid of the stock 2.93 LSD as soon as possible. Either a 3.73 or 4.10 ideally. When I did this swap, I went for a 4.10 LSD... which is a lot of fun.
