Will S54 head fit a S50 block, or port the S50?

Im board at work and started thinking about headwork for my S50. I have decided cams are not worth it since I plan to do go turbo(for a daily/random track whore, around 400whp). Car currently has 120k on it but is running strong as ever.

So two part question for shits a giggles.

First is porting worth the effort when FI is the plan?

Second, I know the S54 head is better, but will it fit?
M5 because why not have a 700hp baby mover?

so what about porting the S50? Any worth while gains without getting into larger valves?

    100% it is worth it.

Give us a call, we have a CnC'ed profile for Turbo that will allow you to keep EGT's and overall back-pressure down while maximizing gains.

    thanks

can you give me some more info? Price, flow numbers, dyno sheets showing gains? What exactly are you cutting/smothing and how does it differ from a NA port job?

If I do anything I will more then likely just do it myself, but if the price is right and the power is enough I might be convinced to splurge

I would think if you are even asking those questions you probably don't have the knowledge/skill/tools to port the head yourself.

Pricing is from $1000+ depending on the work commissioned and if parts are needed, then what parts.

The porting is dependent upon your exact configuration, not cookie cutter.

If you want, call and you can speak to our engineer, Gary.

    thanks
