    I realized that from the title. But I also realized that there are a lot of sedans pictured in that thread. Some times when you ask for peanuts you get the variety tub. Oh well. Guess you’ll have to pick the peanuts out.

    It's a dead pedal - all BMW's have them. It's just a foot rest.

    I was about to same something to you that would have made me look like a jerk because I thought you were being a smartass, but you're right. There is just some chrome stuff on there to make it look like the other pedals.
