I am trying to buy a 1-owner 2021 CPO 530i Sports Package with 37,000 miles, it was Previously Owned by a Corporate.
Does it worth buying a CPO that was previously owned by a Corporate? Anything to concern?

Listed for $41,000

Is this a good deal ?

Its a decent deal for a newer model the main perk is someone already took the deprecation hit from buying it new

That doesn’t really matter. As long as you have a CPO warranty, it should be covered for a longer term than the standard 4 year 50k warranty. I believe our 2014 CPO was covered for an additional year, or 100k miles, whichever comes first. But the CPO warranty terms may have changed now.

Why would it?

A corporation has deeper pockets than most to be able to maintain the car better. I don't think you are going to be buying a test mule car here, it's likely just a lease from some executive.
