    Ford 8.8 irs subframe assembly e36 - No Longer Available

    Ford 8.8 irs subframe assembly e36

    I have a m3 subframe modified to fit a ford 8.8 rear end
    Rear end is complete with a ford posi unit, 3.55 gears and micro blued bearings
    The ring and pinion have been cryo treated and rem polished
    The subframe is powdercoated black has all arp hardware, power flex bushings
    Has an lpw cover

    What driveshaft/axles is needed to run with the setup?

    The Ford 8.8 swap needs DSS 31 Spline Stub axles, and then shortened axles (i got mine from DSS as well). I went with DSS 3.5" AL DS to finish it off.

    Personally, id be very very worried about using the factory rear mounting points w/ zero reinforcement.
