2000-2006 3 Series Air Bag Recall

For those that need to know, want to know, hadn't heard yet or received their letter, or just have nothing better to do but read random recall information, etc. etc.
Give the number a call (1-800-525-7417) and it'll give you a laundry list of effected build dates and models.

I'm pretty sure it is all of the e46s mine was in the original group I had it taken care of last September.

Didn't seem to include the early E46s though which I thought was odd, otherwise yeah, pretty much all of them.
I also thought this recall was "done" until we got our letter.

I've decided to just remove ours and replace it with a fluffy unicorn that pops out upon impact.

    What about an ejector seat?

Further testing will be required. I'm thinking a parachute of sorts might be in order... as the landing has been "less than graceful".
