It seems to be more evident when the vehicle is in drive, not so much when in neutral or park. In the video I was putting the vehicle in drive, then neutral, reverse & then park. As you can see it makes a diesel like noise, could this be a bearing failure? Alternator or waterpump?
At idle that sounds like a Vanos knock. However I would start checking your rod bearings and such. Whatever that sound is, it isn't good and it sounds like it is going to fail in the near future.
