E36 OEM Headliner Fabric: Where To Buy?

As the title says, i'm looking for OEM black headliner fabric for my '98 M3. I only plan to replace the headliner fabric and not the sunroof panel or pillars since they are all in good shape. Given that, it's important for me to find OEM type material so everything matches.

    Any thoughts?

I don't think it will match, at least mine didn't, I got some from the dealer over 10 years ago, and my pillars and other fabric was faded, so the New stuff looked brighter. I cant find OE stuff any more... you can try these guys out

FWIW Pelican carries it in running yards (54x36).

Hancock fabrics carries foam backed headliner material ... they have black; it should be pretty damn close to OEM.

Substantial. One of those things, "if you have to ask..."

    About $110/yard.
