'95 E36 325is ??

I am having a little trouble with my engine this past week. I am feeling a little rough idle on and off. sometimes a mis fire after car has been sitting for a day. hearing a weird noise under my seat sounds like a water drop type sound??when i turn key to on position, after car has been sitting over night. Now it is having trouble starting after i have drove the car and parked it for 30 minutes, also smell something burning. also a chirping noise when car is warming up.
All of this just started happening in the course of a week.

REPLACED>>>
-Spark plugs (last year)
-Fuel filter (last year)
-Tensioner pulley (last month)
-Belt (last month)
-Alternator(2 years) tested good 8/9/14
-Battery (5 years)tested good 8/9/14
-coolant flushed 2/14

Power steering fluid was low on the dip stick...


Could it be my power steering pump to be causing all these failures?
Could it be my fuel pump or injectors?

Hopefully someone can help me out a little with all this information i posted. I would appreciate the comments.. thank you

oil flooded my front spark plug? bottom has alot of oil and top was flooded causing a misfire. what do i need to replace? cylinder rings?

thatd be the valve cover gasket, piston rings would allow oil into the cylinder to be burned.
