    I'm at the auction now looking at the m635. Looks nice. Just heard that the black e24 sold for $27k. This should go for much more.

    edit, it was $22k not 27k

    I wonder if the CS values started to rise in the same way.... auctions first, then everywhere else.

    I don't want to see you get rid of your car at all, but I would be very curious to see what yours would bring at a major auction house.
    Regrettably, your wish may come true. I will be relocating and downsizing in the not too distant future and the E24 will likely have to go due to lack of adequate garage space.
