Congrats. Had an 03 4.6i and 06 4.8i loved them both. Sold the 4.8i years ago but kept the 4.6i for a while until I bought my '10 e70 x5 4.8i. The gas is atrocious but they are truly to me the best SUV's if you want sport, drive and haul. Checks the boxes for me on what I want out of an SUV. I bought an E39 touring wagon recently after a long hunt for a white/black combo. Gotta like it when you stumble upon gems.
The 315 tires are not bad at all. Continentals are priced very well. Under $850 installed for a staggered set. Even in 20". I run the OEM tires though. I like the safety of run flats. No spare
