Welcome to the group. First off, bookmark and read through www.e38.org and www.realoem.com for parts diagrams and part numbers. That being said, there's a link you can look through on the next page
http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/sh...r-Dropped-E38! where people will discuss what they're dropped on and you can much easier choose from there.
DGR Coilovers. 20" style 32 staggered. 255/35/20 and 285/30/20. It's settled down a slight. I will raise it now after a month of driving.

Anyone know why they designed the rear wheel arch to sit lower than the front? Kind of looks like they designed the car to have a natural "rake" in the first place.
Wheels that steer need big wheel arch.
Rear arch is strictly design option.

I have had Eibach and H&R on different cars and prefer the H&R.
I still have stock struts.

Could you imagine having a loaded arch in front? Wouldn't be too friendly to the wheels and tires when making a turn.

My preference was based on ride height.
I couldn’t really tell the difference in ride quality between the two. 😀😀
