CAD models for BMW engines etc.

Does anyone know if there's a resource somewhere on the web where I can get accurate models of things like engine blocks, manifolds, and exhaust sections etc? I've been thinking it would be cool to try and design a dry sump or something as a little side project, and was hoping I could find a model of the s52 block or something.

You wouldn't happen to have the models for an S50 would you?

Sorry no, the S54 was the only I could find. Bought it for $2 on this auction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-M3-E46-S...-/141648511654

I think that given the fact it's only $2 and goes exclusively to a charity, anyone needing that CAD model would be best to just buy it from that source

Bringing this back. I've just bought the same S54 model, but I'm looking for one for the M50/S50. Are these available anywhere?

And it looks like I bought myself a model that I cannot pull apart. It's just a demo in a sense.

Hi, the item is no longer available, but I asked the seller if he could list it again.

Is anyone aware of other places where I can find CAD files for power train? Like engines, transmissions, differentials etc?

    Thank you!
