Specs in the FAQ under repair manuals. 2 different repair manuals, one for pre 80 and another for post 80.

Anyway, I think it's something like 3 steps. First torque to 35ftlbs then wait 15 minutes then torque to 45 ftlbs and then wait 15 minutes. Run the engine up to operating temps and then let cool and toque it back to 45ftlbs.

I've also read other instructions that you do the first to torques and then the last one you torque to yield like 30 degrees. Maybe someone else will chime in on what they did.

    Engine Cold overnight at least

    stage 1 25 to 33 ft lbs
    stage 2 43 to 47 ft lbs
    stage 3 49 to 52 ft lbs

Torque in proper sequence (from the bottom center then up one-then going outwards diagonally) , make sure the concave part of the washers is up for even Torque
