I've been procrastinating the m coupe sale for a while, but I finally got it all cleaned up, did a photoshoot and Ebay'd it. (Spread the word if you know somebody in the market; item # 331248143303)
I'm sure i'll be back into a coupe at some point, but for now i'm going for an old 2002 for a while
Also ditched my E39 wagon and replaced with this lil guy for daily driver duties, '14 Fiesta ST, super fun little car
Awww jeez Eric. You've been my alter-ego Coupe/Touring idol ever since I got the repro splitters from you. What am I ever going to do now??? Who else can I look up to? I'm starting to feel like a dinosaur with an E34 Touring sharing garage space with the '99 M Coupe. And my god, man, you actually used the word "ditched" when talking about selling your E39 Touring! Blasphemy I say!
Am I left standing alone to brave the cruel winds of possible change?

Good luck with the sale!
What are the price and particulars.
Now in E92 M3 ZCP -- Absolute beast
^ ditto. Gorgeous coupe.
Fiesta ST is the bomb. One of the only new cars I would consider. I'd honestly have that over any of the newer non-M BMW's. Sad to see the coupe go. It will live on a little every time I look at my street wheels.
Wait, what? You have a low mileage, super clean, super charged Estoril ///M Coupe, and you're selling it?
Couldn't you at least talk your dad into buying it; you know, until you come to your senses...?
Excellent For-Sale Ad, with great pictures (a rarity it seems for some reason).
Good Luck with sale!
Here's the direct link for the not eBay savy:

wow... that's beautiful.
Yeah I can't believe how much fun it is. It really begs to be thrown into the corners.
When COBB ran it on the dyno for tuning, they got 190whp/230wtq before mods. Pretty damn strong considering it's rated at 200/214 crank and only weighs like 2650 lb
edit: and 30-35MPG when i keep my foot out of it is pretty nice

Very clean car! Hope mine can clean up this nice when I finally give it the detail it very much deserves.. Best wishes with the sale, I'm excited to see where bidding ends.
Has the subframe been reenforced aka Randy Forbes kit or some other?
I like the coupe very much but I am leery about the FI and the subframe issue that these cars are well known to have.
Super clean example, new owner will be one happy camper.
Best of luck with the sale!
Nope, no subframe treatments.
Forced induction is pretty mild in this case, not really much more power than the S54 coupes. I've taken a look at it a few times as i've owned it, seems fine to me. Car has never been drag raced / launched; i really don't drive like that (if that's even what causes those issues lol)
But i do have an appointment with BMW to have them inspect those specific problem areas and report back. I'd rather have that documentation vs just my word
Good luck with the sale. True stand up enthusiast!
