Your company is in California, so does your SCs come with a C.A.R.B. certification and if they don't
are there any Calif. smog stations that will pass them? If they dont have a C.A.R.B. certification or
cant pass Calif. smog, any chance in the future? --------------- If they can/could pass Calif. smog
at any Calif. smog station my order will be sent immediately. (for my M54)

The kit is not carb approved. With the lack of a carb sticker, the only test it does not pass is the Visual test...

If you find a smog shop that will do that, they probably won't be around for long. I had a mechanic once who had a smog license pulled because the state sent a car through that had one vacuum line under the intake manifold pulled off and plugged. The car passed the tailpipe test with flying colors, but they pulled his license and fined him because a part of the original emissions system was disconnected (the blocked vacuum line).

The bottom line is that most smog shops like the income, and won't risk fudging the system for an obviously non-compliant car, since it could be a plant by the state.

I'd have to disagree. Have you seen the population of modified cars in Socal?? There are probably thousands of them.
