SOLD!
Well, this is rather unexpected for many; myself included. I'm entertaining the idea of selling my M Coupe (see post #19).
2001 titanium silver | dark grey + black S54 M Coupe. 96k miles, clean CA car and title, no accidents/paintwork/stories, full documentation (original booklets and records included) from little to big ticket items, including but not limited to -
Inspection I, II, and I, with valve adjustments (as recent as 92k), all VANOS hubs and tabs in perfect shape, new WPC treated OEM rod bearings (zero miles since completed), belts and pulleys @ 88k, new windshield and battery @ 92k, new clutch, shift pin service, ignition coils, and spark plugs @ 93k, preventative thermostat and coolant flush @ 95k, transmission, diff, brake fluid changed @ 95k, OE alternator and starter @ 96k, 10W60 oil change every 5k, subframe is 100% intact - it's checked regularly. see below for further maintenance / modification items completed.
Never tracked, launched, or abused. Minor minor rock chips on the front bumper, hood, and side skirts. Tiny spider-web crack on center console above shift boot. Otherwise, no imperfections in the paint or leather. Always garaged, washed weekly, detailed seasonally.
As you can tell, this Coupe has been meticulously maintained both aesthetically and mechanically. You will be very hard pressed to find an M Coupe for sale (nonetheless an S54 in this market) in this condition. The paint has maintained incredible depth and the mechanics have been top priority throughout the years, and it sure shows.

Consider yourself lucky to have this chance and foolish to pass it up. I know and will happily admit my pricing is probably optimistic, but allow me to reiterate that this sale does NOT need to happen. I will not actively pursue the sale (bump daily, post elsewhere, etc..), but will sell for the price advertised.
To the right buyer who appreciates these great modifications, acknowledges the maintenance completed, and recognizes the Coupe market, this could be a good deal for someone.
NO I WILL NOT PART OUT. Trades? Sure. A 997.2 or 991 GT3 would suffice.
I usually welcome criticism, because this is a public forum after all, but I do not need any lectures or negativity in my for sale thread. Thanks for understanding & viewing!
PM me with contact information or do not expect a response.
- Eric

You've done a remarkable job with the coupe, Eric. The next owner will be inheriting quite the specimen. Best of luck.

Always looking for my next ///M Coupé...
the only negativity you're going to get from me is DON'T SELL IT YOU FOOL.
honestly I can't find another car out there for under $100k I'd rather own than my coupe. Lotus? nope, P-car? nope, Audi? BTDT, nope.
keeeeeeep it!
I appreciate the good words fellas.
Sweeter than a well setup, nicely sorted S54 Coupe? Depends who you ask. I'm probably just insane.
Thank you for originally selling me such a clean canvas!
One of the cars you mentioned... A very select one. Enough to sell my Coupe? Maybe not, but we will see.
Sorry, but I'd rather keep it before parting it out. The modifications compliment each other extremely well and I have created, what in my mind, is the ultimate driver's M Coupe with no expenses spared.

The price has already gone up. Wow.
Added a few small modifications and recent maintenance items.

The built widebody Porsche 914 I was after sold, so my Coupe is off the market. Thanks for the interest and positive comments everyone !

Then I may have to admit it doesn't exist Oddly enough, I don't have any pics to share. It was more word of mouth through some individuals I know, however I'm almost glad it sold because I get to keep this and enjoy it as I should! My first car was a 1974 2.0 914, so I have a serious soft spot for them. My soft spot for Coupes undoubtedly remain though. VIVA LA COUPE CARTEL!!!!!

Good, you already have a nice p-car.

With track season in full swing, I can't get myself to track this car. It's too clean of an example, and to stay competitive in my group I'd need buckets and a roll bar. That said, I would like to fund a track car build that I can drill into and drive hard.
This Coupe has NOT been tracked.
This sale still does absolutely not need to happen. I will not actively pursue the sale (bump daily, post elsewhere, etc..), but will sell for the price advertised.

Eric, hate to see you sell your beauty but understand where you're coming from. I'd also be hard pressed to put it on the track given its condition.
Does this mean you won't be making it to the fest?
I'm new here & more of a 911 air cooled junkie but I do own a 99 S52 Estoril Blue/Black M Coupe, which I absolutely loooove !
I couldn't restrain myself from commenting as your car looks AMAZING ! Love the colour combo, stance, maintenance, etc. She looks like she's going 100 mph just standing still !
Nice work.
