    Exclamation Did I get hosed?

Hi I need help and time is of the essence. Bought a 2009 BMW 328i CPO and got talked into a service contract with pinnacle car protection gold plus plan ,stupid me had stars in my eyes for my first bmw and now looking at what is covered it appears its the same as the CPO warranty. Except this contract ends with 36000 miles .so I still have time to cancel(according to the contract)
    any thoughts please!

I would just cancel it, most aftermarket warranty programs are crap.

Suspension: Bilstein Sports, GC Coilover conversion, IE Subframe Bushings, IE RTABs, M roadster sways, M roadster front control arms, M roadster Front calipers/hubs.
Engine/Driveline: M54B30 intake Manifold, Dinan CAI, ZHP Cams, Headers, Underdrive pulleys, Conforti Software, 3.46 diff.

    I concur.

The fine print pretty much ensures you will never get anything covered under it ... put that money in a rainy day fund and fix the issues yourself ... the car at that sort of mileage shouldn't really need anything anyway.

if the car still has a CPO remaining, cancel NOW. now when the CPO ends, you might consider a warranty then.

It's certainly worth it to you to do so. There's also probably a way to do it in writing, and if they're giving you the run around, you might want to make sure it's mailed with a return receipt requested.
Not so much a signature as a cry for help.

Hold on, saw this in a cartoon once...think I can pull it off.

I have had both warranties that were great, and not so great. If it is bought thru BMW it will be better than 3rd party. That said I would cancel it, and use the money for a turbo...
