    WTB Trunk Trim

I want to remove the ski opening in the back wall of my trunk, and am looking for the back wall carpet trim installed in E31's without the ski hole. This is seen in early E31's before they introduced the ski bag opening, in and around 1991. All I need is the center carpeted section, in gray, with any underlying components.

What do you mean by underlying components? I may have 1.

I didn't know whether or not there were any mounting, attaching or fixation pieces underneath. If not, that's OK.

    Dude.

I love the ski bag opening.

It allows you to put a pop-up sun shade, whenever you go to an event.

If you ever go to car shows, its nice to have shade or shelter from rain.

This is one of my favorite features of the E31.

I'd like to see the optional ski delete panel though.

Meh, I rather keep my ski bag option.

Thanks for the reply & good luck on getting what you want.

    Haha, I love it too.

I have used it to transport my stock exhaust when I had my Magnaflows installed, and again to transport the Magnaflows when I had the Dinans installed. It was nice to have the interior totally protected with plenty of room for the pipes! Much more convenient than returning with a separate vehicle to pick them up.

Also works for the 48+ inch drivers when you put two bags in the trunk. These cars still look right at home at "The Club' lol

LOL I think it is one of the coolest features of the E31...

tThe one thing that bugs me about my Rx-7 is that everything is at risk of damaging the interior plastics.
