Intercooler piping is done, exhaust is all tacked up to the tail section. Megasquirt has been assembled. Basically need to run pcv/vacuum lines, finish the interior, then the full rear end rebuild, which the lower camber arms came today, so were ready to roll.
Wiring question for you or anyone: is the VSS on the transmission even needed ? I don't see a point wiring it in if the speedometer is going off of the BMW diff speed sensor.
My e30/5.0 swap seems to run fine without the VSS wired in.
42lb injectors, 7psi, timing is locked at 17 degrees while I work on fuel.

Managed a 13.4@109 despite this junk trans. 10psi, pump gas, locked timing still.
It's at 18 degrees currently, haven't even got into timing yet. Also broke my diff bolt again yesterday. That's getting old already.
Call MaximumPSI and get one of their diff bolt reinforcement kits. simple weld on bracket that makes a world of difference. I used it without failure on my s/c'd LS1 e36 that I daily drove on drag radials.
