    yup, its been pretty much nailed. In General; Mercedes are luxury, BMW are performance. I drive a lot of both at my work, and BMW always feel more sporty.

    So by that, i would say the MB is more prestigious. But the 2 manufactures even though they are each others biggest competitor, they make very different cars.
