    Just another e46 m3 on CCW's

Update on page 3 and 4

Well it's been through quite a bit in the last month or so but I'm pretty happy with how it sits at the moment. Next weekend I'll be putting on some lca's so I can get more camber and lower the rear down a lot more. Besides a paint correction by a local detailer it's pretty much ready for 4ngiefest in october (maybe h20i later this month as well).

    too wide in the rear!
"Lamborghini, the tractor maker, wanted to figure out why his Ferrari's clutch kept crapping out (PITA, cost a lot of money). He complained to Ferrari, and Enzo didn't do anything. Lamborghini discovered it was the same, much cheaper clutch used in his tractors. The rest is history..."

Nah just need a little more fender work and camber. I thought they were too wide as well until I sat down and took a little time to roll/pull the fenders.

When I saw the first picture I was excited.

Then I saw the second picture and was extremely disappointed. What are the wheel/tire specs? I agree it looks too wide in the rear. I don't really know how you plan to go lower without fender flares? Don't think camber is going to help too much.

This car has a lot of potential. Get it to sit right and it will be dope.

As good as it looks with that drop/wheel/tire filling that rear fender....

I'm sorry, wasting CCW's on the whole stance thing is just incomprehensible IMO. With those wheels, I'd rais it 1" and put some meat under there. I don't know when wide tires suddenly became unattractive.

The exact thing everyone said about my e39 to begin with, it will sit right very soon.

I guess I've wasted a lot of ccw's then. Thanks though.

No spacers just very large lips. Don't know exact specs because they were pieced together with random parts.

225/45 front and 245/40 rear. The rears are only 10.5" wide.

Looks great...except needs more tire in the rear nothing crazy maybe a 255 and it'd be perfect.

Your wheels don't fit. Don't rape your fenders trying to get something to "fit" that was never supposed to. Especially onan e46 where you can run a 285 with a slight roll.

Love the wheel choice and your interior!

That being said, the rear needs WAY more camber to pulls these off, front could use some more as well. Car looks goofy IMO in every picture....

I'm sure you'll make it work, as your e39 looked epic with your CCW set-up!

The front looks fine, but the rear looks like it's trying too hard. If they were really pieced together from random parts, should have gotten higher offset for the rear
