Do you have any photos showing exactly how much metal is trimmed away. My coupe's arches have some damage, so I was just considering going with flares rather than trying to fully repair and still fit larger rubber. If you have an installation directions, even better.
Here's what I cut off mine. This is to clear 275/35-17 Hoosier A6s on 17x10.5 Apex ARC8s. You can see where the rivet holes are on the chassis. I had the flares on the car before I did the cut and weld. The offset of my wheels is 31mm, and the tire clears on the outside by about 5mm with 2.8 degrees of camber. The wheel is in my regular lowered ride height position. That should give you an idea of how much I cut off. The 2nd pic shows the Hoosier/ARC combo on the car.
Adam posted some photos a while back showing him doing the cutting and welding. Search through his posts to see what he did. I think he did a step by step. I know there's a couple people that have posted some step by step instructions on how to do it.

Thanks for that. I did see a few photos (of your car I believe) having the flares installed. I just wasn't sure how much up you can cut, assuming they had to rejoin the inner/outer skins in the rear arches.
Just from looking at your photos, I think that would be enough to get rid of my damage arch while also giving more tire room. I had gone pretty extreme on rolling/pulling, but I'm pretty sure I was still going to rub. I'm currently just running 255's, but would like the option to go bigger.
Well I'm convinced to purchase them but.... they don't appear to be available on Hard's website.
Out of Stock
Send Adam an e-mail at adam@hardmotorsport.com for when they will be back in stock.
I'm going to need a set of these soon. Flares look great! Seen them on Ryan Castro's car in person
SEDAN FLARES! FINALLY! Can't wait to see pics! Will pricing be similar to the coupe setup?
