    Dead battery,how to open trunk

    Dead battery,jumped,car started but I can't open trunk or unlock doors,suggestions?

    Go to dealer and get a trickle charger with the cigarette plug (not battery post) connector. Plug in and wait until you are recharged enough to activate the lock. Been there done that.
    1997 Cosmos Black 850 Ci somewhere on PCH.

    Use the key hole up under trunk by the license plate light!
    Check fuses for door locks.

    If you cannot unlock the doors, how did you get in to open the hood or start it?

    Doesn't the key work in the lock even if the battery's dead? It does for the trunk.

    The door locks will work with the key, but windows wont drop if battery is dead.
