Cigarette lighter fuse location

Hey all,

I have an '06 330i and my cigarette lighter and console power outlet are out. I took off the glove compartment plate and found the fuse box but the paper that maps out the fuses is tough to read. It is not really tough, I just cant figure out what symbol the lighter and power outlet would be.

SO.....DOES ANYONE.....know what fuse # the cigarette lighter and console power outlet are on?

If you suspect a blown fuse, then it should be straighforward to narrow it down via elimination. Tedious, but guaranteed.

I have a similar problem. I have a '07 328i. Both lighters are not working. I've searched the site and gotten this far: I located the fuse box (in the glove compartment), and found the "code sheet". My problem is, I can't match up any of the symbols with the cigarette lighter to figure out which fuse I need to check. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

if you look at the very bottom, right hand corner of the pic above...that is the symbol for the cigarette lighter fuse...every model has a different number/location on it. but thats the symbol for the cigarette lighter...
