I know it's cool to hate on new members just because they joined in 09, 08 or three days after you, but this is highly frowned upon and will not be allowed.

The rules clearly say:

WELCOME NEWCOMERS

When newcomers arrive, say "hi" and welcome them to our growing community. Many of our community's "old timers" (regardless of age) are a wealth of knowledge and have much to share. Help new folks "learn the ropes" about how to find information and resources, save time, and how to get involved with our growing membership. Remember to give patience to new members as they explore the forums. Being rude to new members is highly discouraged.

New members are the future of the forum, and you were new once yourself. Scaring them away because they haven't settled into the grove of the forums only hurts the forum's future. Being rude to new members by calling them out by their user date and using it as an insult, or general lack of respect for members because they are new will result in your posting privileges being suspended.

Now lets all sing a happy song together and get along.
