I dont usually post pics of cars without paint correction but i had to post this awesome car up.
I really enjoy working on cars like this because i know the owner REALLY takes pride in this car and really cares about it
The Owner contacted me Via Local Car forum. He had stated that he lives in The Bay Area and was driving his car down for the Japanese Classic car show in Irvine. He was looking for someone to clean the car up the show since the drive will make it filthy. I agreed to do the job Over night so the car would be fresh for the show in the morning!!! Since the paint was in very good condition and the car is VERY well maintained, The owner requested no paint correcting.
Since the car was going to a show and the owner wanted that "Pop" i went with my favorite Silver Pop Combo, Wet Mirror Finish + 1Z Glanz Wax
Wheels:
- CG Wet Mirror Finish
- 1Z Glanz Wax
- CG VRP
Underhood:
- CG Wet Mirror Finish
- SmartWax NuShine
Interior:
- Invisible Glass
- CG Wet Mirror Finish
Wash:
- Adam's Shampoo (For Wheels)
- CG Citrus Wash+Gloss
- Natural Sea Sponge
Clay:
- CG Medium Claybar
- CG Speed Wipe
Protection:
- CG Wet Mirror Finish
- 1Z Glanz Wax
Metal
- Master Formula Metal Polish
- Meguire's Synthetic Sealant
Anything look odd about this tag?

Holy god that car is amazing, nice job.

Amazing looking, it's nice to see that the own takes good care of the car.
OMG what a vehicle! Nicely done. I bet it was a treat to get to work on it, I'm so envious we don't get cars like that around the Midwest

Thanks for the kind words regarding the car! Greg did an awesome job cleaning up the ride after 400+ miles down I-5 + I-405.
'SAKE RKT' picked up 2nd Place -Datsun Roadster category over the weekend at the 5th Annual Japanese Classic Car Show (JCCS).
...and then we drove it another 400miles back home to San Jose. Rinsed/sponged it off and it looks like new again!
Thanks again Greg.

Congrats Eddie!!! Awesome on the 2nd Place!!!
The car that one first must have been some Crazy machine to have won over your ride. Your cars is one of the FINEST machine i have ever laid hands on. Keep up the good work on it and i hope to see it in some Magazines in the near future!!!
I'm guessing that's not the original engine?
Eddie,
Fantastic car! That is seriously sweet.
Kudos to Greg on the detail and accommodating your needs for the show. Pure class.
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
I think that would have been and L-Series engine, L-16, L-18, etc.
That car is awesome. I don't own one, but the Japanese classics are growing on me.

My four door can beat your two door!
I guess its a nice car, not my taste, but looks like a nice detail.

Stock Engine in the Roadster 1600 (SPL311) was the R-16. The U-20 was found in the Roadster 2000 (SRL311)
The SR20DE engine in this Roadster is a non-turbo S15 engine. That means it was originally sourced from a 1999-2002 Nissan Silvia and has the Nissan's VTC variable valve timing.

The Model ID plate was a custom job done by yours truly. Cost me >$10
