Not sure if these only apply to E38 owners, but w/e

...your upper body strength becomes superhuman from opening those heavy doors.
...your friends go "WTF was that noise" when you close the trunk.
...you enjoy locking and unlocking the car as women pass.
...you pull ALL the way up when parking just so you can fit.
...your glovebox is broken in someway.
...your mind becomes numb to the rise in gas prices.
...your cupholders are good for nothing.
...atleast one of your rear sunshades is broken.
...when parking a car other than your 7, you wonder why nothing is beeping.
...you learn that because of the car's weight, 280 hp isn't what you thought it'd feel like.
...your wood trim is cracked and scratched beyond belief.
...you realize how tank-like your car is.
...your battery/batteries make up about 50% of the cars weight.
...you love your heated steering wheel in the winter.
...you've made a thread called "rough idle, help!"
...you have an obsession with taking pictures of your car.
...you've spent > $40 on oil.
...you've spent > $80 on a tank of gas.

- when you stare at your reflection in the shiny black car next to you and the guy driving it thinks we are admiring his ride... yet your admiring the reflection of your own

- when your controll arms float back and forth 3 inches

-when you pause while walking away and pretend feel your pockets to see if you have your walet just so you can look back at it

-you park where you can look at it the whole way back to the car

those are just a couple of what I do lol

I've become very paranoid, I park in the back in every parking lot. I agree to 296hp is deceiving, in my opinion I think my car is quite fast for the weight.

Its fast, but when people think of that much horsepower, its usually not a 4000 lb luxury sedan...
