Its a prototype twin supercharged setup made by AA. The minis are for the supercharger cooling. Very interesting setup. The chargers sit very low in the engine bay due to space constraints. So other than the intercooler, it looks as though its a regular M5 with just aftermarket intakes. BSaint has video footage that should pop up on here eventually.
