Hey guys, i am looking for someone who can install my powerflex rtabs on my car... From what i have heard you don't need the rtab tool for these because they just slide right in. Dont know about if you need tool to take the current ones out. But i wanted to get it done this weekend. Looking to travel AT MOST 20 minutes. I am located in sunnyvale, please post or pm with:

Don't you have to drill them out if you don't have the tool?

no
if you heat up the outside of the trailing arm around the bushing, wait to see some air bubbles come up then give it a good smack with a hammer.
Powerflex's are kind a bitch, but you can get away with a sledge and a flat piece of wood.. or two flat pieces of wood and a good c-clamp.
Make sure to score the area around your rtab cup before you drop it off the body, this is your toe adjustment, if you do it right you don't have to worry about an alignment.

be careful with that torch on the passenger side, your gas tank fill tube is right there
you think anyone is really going to take the time out of their day to cater to your demands? sorry to break it to you but nobody is going to fight over doing work for you. get off your ass and start making some calls.

2 current people i can have do it, one lives far away, and one is waiting on a tool for it. Wanted to see if anyone in the area wanted a little bonus, but THANKS BUD FOR THE BUMP
i know there are lots of people who can do it. probably hundreds around the bay area. my point is you should start making calls rather than making a post stating your demands. you sound like a prissy puto who can't diy.

called around shops charge about 150+ (ive done that) and would rather give my money to one of the guys i hang out with at autox/meets.
puto? didn't know that we used spanish swear words here cabron.
and obviously im not going to DIY this otherwise i would... DIY,
no press, dont have a decent tool set, and cant risk having my car out of service if i messed up/got stuck between driving to school and work. And if it was THAT simple of a diy wouldn't i get a lot more responses like a CAI or exhaust install.
