Asking this for a friend, he's wanting to know if there will be any clearance issues with a 8.5" rim with +15 offset for the front and rear on a 2004 645ci?

Provide some additional info about the rim and tire size.

the wheels are 19"s. The tires have not been purchased yet so they can be played around with in size, we just want to know if the rims are fine in offset for clearing the hub/axle/caliper/rotor/suspension etc.
