Well, it was time to restock on my cleaning/detailing inventory. It took me a long time to find everything I was looking for, but I did it.

Mostly I restocked my microfiber collection:bunch of waffle weaves, multipurpose, sponge applicators (I love these) and some wash mitts. My existing polishing inventory consisted of very old 3M Finesse it II and Klasse AIO (taken from the detailing 101 thread) and I took the opportunity to move into the Menzerna SIP and Nano polish stuff instead. I also badly needed some more P21S wax. I also picked up a bunch of odds and ends...

Man, this is an expensive hobby, and of course I shopped at Autogeek!

I'm about ready to spend the same. I'm getting ready to get into the car detailing scene myself. Any recommendations on a good starter kit?

Heh, yea my wife was a bit perturbed last month when she saw the credit card bill. I cleaned and polished her car and all was well!

I'd say mix and match to create your own kit. Check out the detailing 101 thread for product suggestions and methodology.

I also picked up the autogeek bag to store all my stuff. We'll see how well it all actually fits! :D

Geez, and I felt bad about starting my collection by spending $70 today.
