I just installed the suspension in yesterday, and awaiting to install Alpina wheels w/ brand new Falken 615 track tires. Also replaced front rotors/brakes yesterday as well. Car runs great! http://i30.tinypic.com/dh956u.jpg 84CGT 05-13-2008, 10:55 PM Yeah, i'd be willing if you could please email me some more info(mileage, body condition, interior condition, any mods that were done, and what needs to be done.) mxlukey126@aol.com or just post it up on here audiquattrot 05-14-2008, 11:45 AM Yeah, i'd be willing if you could please email me some more info(mileage, body condition, interior condition, any mods that were done, and what needs to be done.) mxlukey126@aol.com or just post it up on here Hey man, I want to be upfront with on this car.....the odometer broke last yr and is stuck at 175K....so im not sure of the mileage now. Believe me when i tell you it runs smoother than my 01 Audi A4. My friend owned it for 3yrs prior to him selling to me....I knew how he took care of it mechanically, and didn't care so much about the way it looked since I was planning on using this as a track car. I told him once he's ready to sell, to let me know. I have receipts totalling up to $3K of work he did in the past couple yrs. The body has a lot of dings.....and a couple rusted areas....one underneath the windshield, & a couple on the lower rocker panel.....but is to be expected w/ the E30s. I'm still actually in the process of modding the car. I just installed new Vogtland springs on Monday, along w/ rear KYB shocks. New front rotors & pads, painted the rear amber corner taillight w/ Testors paint, and have 17inch Alpina wheels w/ brand new Falken 615 tires waiting to be installed (paid $500 for the new rubber). There are a couple small issues that need to be addressed, like the inoperable speedo & possible oil pan replacement, & front seat doesn't recline (all typical probs for an E30) but aside from that the car is smooth. I'm sure my post scares you lol, but I was just trying to be upfront about everything. audiquattrot 05-14-2008, 02:36 PM it should like this with the wheels mounted http://www.bimmerwerkz.com/forum/attachments/3-series-e21-e30/7150-aplina-rims-alpina_kopis.jpg 84CGT 05-14-2008, 04:17 PM the body sounds like alotta work but if you could possibly throw some cash into the mix we'd have a deal audiquattrot 05-14-2008, 04:26 PM the body sounds like alotta work but if you could possibly throw some cash into the mix we'd have a deal how much cash would you want extra? I could prob do that as long as its within reason. 84CGT 05-14-2008, 08:15 PM $700 84CGT 05-15-2008, 08:37 PM up 84CGT 05-18-2008, 10:31 AM bump 84CGT 05-19-2008, 10:33 PM up audiquattrot 06-02-2008, 01:00 PM the E30 i posted above looks like this now ;) treated all the rust areas, repainted all the plastic moldings, wheels and tires mounted....and detailed it http://i30.tinypic.com/rljfok.jpg http://i28.tinypic.com/nnuwbq.jpg |
