Hi guys!

Im about to buy a 97 m3 6spd, and I have a little question. Will it work to change the current ECU/ews system with a ECU/ews system from an e36 m3 with smg gearing? Im still gonna use the manuall tranny, so im not swaping to smg.

Will this just be plug&play or?

I have tried to search for it, but couldn't find a real answer to it.

Are you asking if you can take the DME and EWS box, along presumably with the keys, and the ignition cylinder and door locks.... and put those components onto your manual car instead of the original manual cars dme/ews/keys and locks?
