Well the car sits with a car cover on it for a few months and when I pulled the cover off I noticed some small 1/2 inch marks that look like the clear coat is rubbed down or something. The car cover is a quality cover, but I can't seem to get the marks to go away, any ideas?!?

its probably moisture got trapped between the cover and the paint and it is either permanent or can be wetsanded and buffed

hmmm, possibly. All the marks are around the folded seams. And 'permanent' is such a horrible word when it comes to paint

Cool. I work at Gebhardt BMW and have seen how many of those new VWs. They must have 100 of those things.
