I have this chip and it has writing on it and was part of a turbo kit im selling and am wondering if anyone knows who the tuner may be....its set up for 8-9 psi 30lb inejctors and schrick cams...it says "DB 2" sorry its upside down

Please any info? Ive searched and searched.....no one has ever seen a chip labeled db 2?
