Transmission is listed on ebay Item #260237259073 I am located in Wilmington, DE pickup is preferred, here is a breif description, pictures are on ebay::cool
"This is an Automatic Transmission (Torque Converter Included) that I have at my shop where I repair cars. The transmission came out of a 96' 325i with approximately 90,000 miles on it. I bought the transmission from a guy who parts out BMW's in NYC to put in my 94' 325i and I did, and it shifts fine in the first 3 gears, but as soon as you go fast enough to go into overdrive the trans will not shift into overdrive, and the trans goes into limp mode. (which is 3rd gear only, designed to get you to a repair shop in a situation when there is something wrong with your trans.) So I ended up just paying to get the original trans rebuilt and I have this one left over. I no longer need it, and it does need to be repaired. This is a good deal for someone who rebuilds Auto Transmissions for a living, or has the skills/tools to rebuild one."
