Does this car belong to anyone here?

This was for sale on Craig's List a little while ago. I guess he didn't get the money he wanted for it. I don't think anyone from here owns it. From what I understand it is a nice car though, I think I heard that the car no longer has the original Alpina mufflers though. Not a big deal really. I would also be interested to know if any of the Alpina engine goodies are gone after all that engine work he had done.

That is the only problem with these cars. They are hard and $$$$$ to keep original.

Any recollection of what he was asking for it? A beautiful car indeed.

Nothing wrong with it, just asking a lot of money. He paid 28k for it, so Im sure he is trying to get somewhere close to that back for it. Not sure the times will warrant it, but hope he gets it. The car has had the original mufflers changed, and has some small electrical problems, but its a very nice one.

yes, and it set the high water mark for an alpina b6 in better economic times.
