This is a DINAN stage 2 suspension kit for BMW 540 from 96-03. It includes the front springs, rear springs, rear shocks, front sway bar and rear sway bar. I have already sold the front struts to somebody local in a bind. The kit has 14k miles on it. The rear Koni shocks are valve and spring perch height adjustable. The sway bars come with the bushings and the rear is three point adjustable. You could buy DINAN front struts or use any off the shelf Koni/ other brand sport strut. I am located in Austin, Texas and can also ship. Asking $750 obo. Kit sells new for $2123.26. Chris

The front springs are included. This is the complete stage 2 suspension minus the front struts.

Looking at the DINAN website it looks like the rear shocks and sway bars are the same for the 540 and m5. However the springs show to be a different part number for the two cars.

Still a sweet deal as the two rear shocks and sway bars sell for $1029.06 new from DINAN :D
